Fees

You can register for up to two courses in total – or the Theory course (week 1) plus one other practical workshop in week 1.

The course fee for each course (duration Mon - Sat) is 250 €.

You will receive an email on the status of your enrolment by the 22th June. This email will also contain information on payment options, preparations for the course and your stay and a full schedule.

The payment as to arrive within 14 days after confirmation. Payment via PayPal and wireless transfer are accepted.

Note: Please do not wire any funds before you have received final confirmation from ACSA 2016.

Terms and Conditions

Enrolment presupposes acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions.

ACSA 2016 is open to anyone interested in art, irrespective of vision and hearing.

Participation Fee

The participation fee is due in full after you have successfully enrolled to the course via written confirmation from the organizer HMKV. The fee covers the cost of participation and instruction by a qualified artist. During the week you will be granted full use of the studio facilities. Also basic material and equipment will be provided for your stay. And of course the unique Art tours and the lectures series each week. Basic but delicious snacks (forenoon and afternoon) and lunch will be provided each day by HMKV. It does not cover the cost of breakfast, individually necessary materials, further excursions, accommodation or travel expenses.
Final acceptance for the course will be confirmed only after we have confirmation of your payment in full.

Cancellation

In the event of a cancellation, the participation fee will be refunded to enrolled students who cancel before 30 June 2016. Cancellation after that date may not necessarily lead to a full refund, unless another confirms successful allocation of that place.

Insurance

The Autocenter or HMKV is not liable for any accidents, theft or any kind of damage that occur during the Summer Academy 2016 and it´s courses.

Data protection

We will not use your personal data in any way except for the enrollment formalities for ACSA 2016. Your e-mail address will be listed in the HMKV newsletter and the ACSA participants list for upcoming Summer Academies. You may unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time.

You hereby consent that any pictures and videos taken during ACSA 2016 can be published and used for our public relations by the Autocenter, Berlin and HMKV, Dortmund.
